Health and Wellness Program – Medicare
Health and Wellness Program for Medicare members was developed for use in doctors’ offices and communities. It is a benefit for our affiliates, developed by Health Professionals. The Health and Wellbeing Program provides education and support to members in the proper use of their health benefits, turning them into consumers that are active and informed health. This is turn would add the motivation and commitment towards healthy lifestyles.
